Happy week of Christmas! By this time next week, hopefully you’ll be relaxing in the calm after all the holiday hustle. There’s still a few days left to finish up shopping, and then I hope you’ll take a look at the recipes I’m bringing you this week to plan a very special meal. 

Beef tenderloin is so simple and truly special for Christmas dinner. Roast it to medium rare perfection and serve with mashed potatoes and a salad and you’ll have a gorgeous meal.  Make your choux pastry ahead of time for profiteroles and dessert will be stunning and delicious as well. 

I pray that you have a blessed and meaningful Christmas holiday with your loved ones. Hold them close and know that there is a God who loves you and holds you close. He sent his only son to earth to be our rescuer—the greatest gift ever given. Merry Christmas from C’est si Bon!
